UPDATE (Friday 11th at 2.05pm): I have just found out that we cannot get into the building as there will be no electricity in the whole building for the weekend. The coach will arrive at 2.00 so I would advise you to arrive as close to 2.00 as possible so that you are not standing out on the street with bags and kit. The coach will leave as soon as everyone is on board but will defnitely leave by 2.30 AT THE LATEST so don’t be any later than that.
UPDATE (Friday 11th at 9.15am): the coach will be arriving at the ET Building at 2.00 in the morning (or, as Sean said yesterday, “You mean when it is dark”) NOT 3.00 as is states on the handout below. Please make sure that EVERYONE in your crew knows the new time. It will leave at 2.30 ON THE DOT so please do not be late. If you miss the coach, you will either have to get to Stansted under your own steam or you will lose all your money (the insurance will not cover it).
Have just had the final meeting before we go and only 6 people turned up. This is important for the following reasons:
1) I need £6.50 for insurance off everyone who has not yet paid. If you can’t give it to me in person, please leve it at Reception in ET and ask them to put it in my pigeonhole.
2) I need emergency contact sheets off everyone before 12.00 on Friday

3) I gave out the follwing handout. You must print this off and give a copy to your family and/or friends (or give them the blog address to downlaod it themselves). The final version will be uploaded on the blog on Friday if there are any changes. The ONLY change is likely to be the time we meet at ET on Sunday (the most important information) so you MUST keep checking on Friday and Saturday for important information or an update of this handout.
4) I am extremely concerned that I have not seen final versions of script, storyboard, shooting schedule etc. for Accidental Seduction. The second years at the meeting had little idea of what was going on with the production. You MUST be more coherent and professional than this. Can you post that documentation up on the blog asap please. Luke: I need to speak to you urgently. Come and book a tutorial tomorrow or see me on Friday.
5) The documentary idea was not well-enough developed since last week so I have made an executive producer decision that it will change slightly. Lucy: I need to speak to you about this urgently. Again, book a tutorial with me please.
6) I understand that one whole day has been scrubbed because of a birthday. I think this is a big mistake: if I were you, I would have the celebration in the evening and not lose one whole day (whcih you may not be able to make up for later in the week).
